The Crayères Vineyard, named after the deep limestone layers reminiscent of Champagne's chalky soils, is ideal for producing elegant, structured wines. The 2019 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Cabernet Franc, representing the estate’s dedication to showcasing Bordeaux-style blends with an Australian twist.
