Initially marine scientists, the couple transitioned to viticulture in 2012, focusing on organic and sustainable farming practices. The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is a testament to their commitment to expressing the unique terroir of the Adelaide Hills. This wine is crafted from select vineyards in Piccadilly and Balhannah, known for producing high-quality Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine undergoes barrel fermentation and full malolactic fermentation, contributing to its complexity and texture.
