Appearance:

Bright pale gold with subtle green highlights and excellent clarity.

Aroma:

Complex aromas of white peach, pear and citrus peel are layered with white flowers, salted almond and smoky flint. Delicate notes of crushed stone and savoury reduction add depth.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and finely textured, with flavours of lemon, pear and white peach supported by vibrant acidity. A creamy mid-palate is balanced by flinty minerality, subtle nuttiness and a distinct saline edge, creating impressive tension and precision.
