Appearance:

Bright pale gold with soft green-gold highlights and excellent clarity.

Aroma:

Elegant aromas of white peach, lemon curd and ripe pear are layered with citrus blossom, toasted almond and subtle flinty notes. Gentle hints of vanilla, hazelnut and fine spice add depth.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied and finely textured, with flavours of nectarine, lemon and pear supported by vibrant acidity. Creamy lees character, restrained oak and a pronounced mineral backbone give the palate both richness and precision.
