Champagne Collet Rosé Brut (NV) is a vibrant, gastronomic-style rosé Champagne from Aÿ, built on Pinot Noir richness with Chardonnay finesse and a whisper of Meunier for softness. Under Chef de Cave Sébastien Walasiak, it’s crafted for harmony—fine mousse, red-fruit charm, and a savoury, food-friendly spine rather than overt sweetness.
Appearance:
Luminous salmon-pink with copper highlights and a fine, persistent bead.
Aroma:
Wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, layered with rose petal, mandarin peel and a gentle brioche/toasted almond nuance.
Taste:
Dry and poised, with ripe red berries and blood-orange brightness upfront. The mid-palate turns silkier and more vinous—subtle spice, a hint of cocoa, and chalky minerality—held together by brisk acidity and a refined, creamy mousse.
Finish:
Clean, persistent and lightly savoury, tapering through citrus zest, strawberry and a delicate pastry note.
