Ngeringa Chardonnay 2025 is a organically and biodynamically farmed Adelaide Hills Chardonnay that balances bright citrus and white stone fruit with subtle savoury complexity and fine texture. Fresh, restrained and quietly expressive, it shows a mineral edge and gentle lees influence while maintaining a clean, energetic line.

Appearance:

Pale straw with soft green-gold highlights and excellent clarity.

Aroma:

Lifted aromas of white peach, lemon zest and pear are layered with citrus blossom, roasted almond and subtle flinty notes.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and finely textured, with flavours of nectarine, lemon and crisp pear supported by lively acidity. Gentle creaminess, savoury lees character and a chalky mineral edge add depth and balance.

Finish:

Long, fresh and composed, with lingering citrus, stone fruit, almond and fine mineral tension.
