L.A.S. Vino Wildberry Springs Chardonnay 2025 is a distinctive single-vineyard expression from Margaret River, crafted by Nic Peterkin with an emphasis on site, texture and natural freshness. Generous yet finely balanced, it combines ripe stone fruit and citrus with savoury complexity, subtle nuttiness and a persistent mineral character.

Appearance:

Bright pale gold with soft straw highlights and excellent clarity.

Aroma:

Expressive aromas of yellow peach, nectarine and preserved lemon are layered with citrus blossom, salted cashew and delicate spice. Subtle notes of flint, dried herbs and creamy lees add depth.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied and richly textured, with ripe stone fruit, lemon curd and green apple balanced by vibrant acidity. Savoury nuttiness, gentle creaminess and a fine saline mineral edge provide complexity and structure.

Finish:

Long and composed, with lingering citrus, yellow peach, roasted nuts and refreshing saline tension.
