Fruit for the Baudinet Blend GSM is sourced from carefully selected old-vine vineyards across Clare Valley, where ancient, mineral-rich soils of slate, limestone, and clay impart concentrated flavours, structured tannins, and vibrant acidity. Hand-harvested grapes undergo traditional fermentation and maturation for approximately 16 months in seasoned French oak barrels, preserving fruit purity, enhancing complexity, and delivering a wine of remarkable balance and sophistication.

Appearance: Deep, bright ruby-red colour with subtle garnet highlights, displaying graceful evolution and excellent clarity. Medium-to-full viscosity gently coats the glass, forming refined, slow-moving legs indicative of elegant structure.

Aroma: Inviting, expressive aromas of ripe raspberries, dark cherries, and plum compote harmoniously mingling with nuanced notes of exotic spices, gentle liquorice, and subtle earthy undertones. Delicate hints of dried herbs, cedarwood, and floral nuances further enhance aromatic complexity.
