Constantia Glen TWO 2022

Constantia Glen TWO 2022 is the estate’s refined, barrel-fermented white blend, shaped by the cool maritime conditions of Constantia. Under winemaker Justin van Wyk, it brings together Sauvignon Blanc’s freshness and structure with Sémillon’s breadth and texture, resulting in a wine of poise, mineral tension, and graceful ageing potential.

Appearance:

Clear and bright, with a light gold colour touched by a subtle lime-green edge.

Aroma:

Elegant and understated, opening with lime, green fig, and delicate floral notes that drift into elderflower, orange blossom, and a gentle waxy nuance.

Taste:

Fresh, concentrated, and beautifully restrained, with citrus purity, stony minerality, and a fine line of acidity. The palate has a creamy, mouth-coating texture balanced by precision and lift, while the Sémillon adds richness and quiet depth.

Finish:

Long, saline, and composed, with lingering mineral freshness and a savoury, textured persistence.

Food Pairing:

Excellent with grilled halibut, asparagus and buffalo mozzarella, seafood in herb butter, or elegant chicken and cream-based dishes.
