Grosset Apiana Fiano 2025

Grosset Apiana Fiano 2025 is an intensely aromatic, biodynamically grown Fiano from the Rockwood Vineyard in Clare Valley. Jeffrey Grosset’s interpretation combines the variety’s natural richness with pristine acidity, delivering ripe pear, white peach and quince alongside distinctive beeswax, honeyed notes and fine mineral tension.

Appearance:

Pale straw with soft golden highlights and excellent clarity.

Aroma:

Expressive aromas of white peach, ripe pear and quince are layered with beeswax, citrus blossom and delicate honeyed notes. Subtle mineral and floral tones add complexity.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and textural, with flavours of pear, white peach and quince supported by bright natural acidity. Candied honey, beeswax and a fine mineral undertone add richness while maintaining freshness and precision.

Finish:

Long, dry and persistent, with lingering orchard fruit, beeswax, honey and fine mineral freshness.

Food Pairing:

Excellent with grilled prawns, roast chicken, seafood pasta, grilled fish, Mediterranean vegetables or semi-hard cheeses.
