Kilikanoon’s Covenant Shiraz 2024 is a benchmark expression of Clare Valley Shiraz, crafted by winemaker Peter Warr. Sourced from premium vineyard parcels across the region, it reflects a cooler vintage that preserved natural acidity while building depth and complexity. The result is a refined yet powerful wine, balancing richness with structure and elegance.

Appearance:
Deep maroon with a vibrant purple hue, dense and youthful in the glass.

Aroma:
Lifted aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant intertwine with notes of mint, subtle leather, and a hint of spice. Undertones of Australian bush and cedary oak add complexity.

Taste:
Full-bodied and richly layered, showing ripe mulberry, blackcurrant, and plum alongside a core of bright red fruit. Savoury elements of olive, bay leaf, and spice emerge, supported by fine graphite-like tannins and well-integrated French oak.

Long and persistent, with fine, structured tannins and lingering dark fruit, spice, and gentle oak influence.
