La Trava Barolo 2020

La Trava Barolo 2020 is a classically styled Nebbiolo from Piedmont, combining fragrant red fruit, floral lift and savoury complexity with the firm tannins and bright acidity that define Barolo. Elegant yet structured, it offers youthful energy now with the depth and balance to develop further in bottle.

Appearance:

Bright garnet red with ruby highlights and a translucent rim.

Aroma:

Lifted aromas of red cherry, cranberry and dried rose are layered with violet, liquorice and subtle earthy notes. Hints of tobacco, dried herbs and gentle spice add complexity.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied and firmly structured, with sour cherry, red plum and red berry fruit supported by vibrant acidity and fine, persistent tannins. Savoury herbs, anise and earthy spice give the palate depth and classic Nebbiolo character.

Finish:

Long, dry and refined, with lingering red fruit, rose petal, liquorice and finely grained tannins.
