With several years of bottle age, it shows a shift from primary fruit to more savoury, tertiary complexity, while retaining varietal freshness and definition.

Appearance:
Deep garnet with brick-red edges, showing clear evolution and mature concentration.

Aroma:
Complex and developed, with aromas of black cherry, plum compote, and dried raspberry. Layers of tobacco leaf, roasted red pepper, cedar, and graphite emerge, along with subtle hints of leather and sweet spice from oak maturation.

Taste:
Full-bodied and structured, with a core of dark fruit balanced by savoury herbal tones typical of Cabernet Franc. The tannins are fine-grained and resolved, supporting flavours of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and earthy spice. Acidity remains present, giving the wine lift and preventing heaviness.

Finish:
Long and savoury, with lingering notes of dried herbs, dark fruit, and subtle smoky oak. The finish is dry, polished, and gently earthy.
