Xavier PA PA Pinot Noir 2025

Xavier PA PA Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, joyful expression crafted by Xavier Goodridge from fruit grown in Mount Gambier and Heywood. Fermented in stainless steel and matured in a combination of stainless steel and older barrels, it is light, fragrant and effortlessly drinkable, with pure red fruit, floral perfume and gentle savoury complexity.

Appearance:

Translucent bright ruby with youthful crimson highlights and a delicate pink rim.

Aroma:

Perfumed aromas of cherry blossom, rose petal and hibiscus mingle with cranberry, tart cherry and wild strawberry. Subtle notes of hazelnut skin, forest floor and gentle gamey savouriness add complexity.

Taste:

Juicy and energetic, with vibrant cranberry and sour cherry flavours complemented by a touch of sweet kirsch. Lifted acidity keeps the palate fresh, while fine tannins and understated earthy notes create a supple, lightly savoury texture.

Finish:

Fresh and moreish, with lingering red fruit, floral notes and a delicate savoury edge.
