Two Hands 'Holy Grail' Shiraz 2017

Two Hands ‘Holy Grail’ Shiraz 2017 is a concentrated, single-vineyard Barossa Valley Shiraz with impressive depth, structure and polish. Rich black fruit is layered with dark chocolate, spice and savoury detail, while firm tannins and balanced acidity give the wine power, definition and strong ageing potential.

Appearance:

Deep inky purple with an opaque crimson core and dense concentration.

Aroma:

Intense aromas of blackberry, black plum and blueberry are layered with liquorice, dark chocolate and cracked black pepper. Subtle notes of cedar, mocha, vanilla and warm spice add complexity.

Taste:

Full-bodied and richly structured, with concentrated black fruit supported by firm, ripe tannins and balanced acidity. Blackberry, plum and dark cherry are complemented by cocoa, espresso, liquorice and savoury spice, creating a powerful yet composed palate.

Finish:

Very long and persistent, with lingering dark fruit, chocolate, spice and polished tannins.
