Appearance:

Pale straw with green-gold highlights, bright and youthful in the glass.

Aroma:

Highly aromatic, with notes of lime, grapefruit, and lemon peel, layered with white pear, gooseberry, and a hint of ginger. A faint oak nuance adds softness without overshadowing the wine’s freshness.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and finely balanced, showing citrus and orchard fruit at the core, followed by white pear, gooseberry, and a light spice note. The palate is lively and fruit-driven, with racy acidity and a subtle wooded edge that adds shape and texture.

Finish:

Long, crisp, and gently saline, with lingering citrus, spice, and a clean mineral freshness.
