Appearance:
Pale salmon to blush pink with a bright, coppery sheen; crystal clear.

Aroma:
Wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, with rose petal, watermelon and a twist of citrus zest. A faint herbal note and a subtle mineral edge add elegance.

Taste:
Dry and refreshingly crisp. Red berries and summer melon glide across the palate, framed by lively acidity and a delicate savoury grip. Clean, precise fruit is balanced by a faint saline/mineral line that keeps it moreish rather than sweet.
