Grapes are sourced from sustainably farmed McLaren Vale vineyards, where Mediterranean climate, sea breezes, and a mix of sandy and loamy soils provide the perfect balance of ripeness and freshness. The fruit is picked early to retain vibrancy, with minimal skin contact before cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit aromatics and texture.

Appearance: Pale blush-pink with subtle copper highlights, brilliantly clear and youthful in the glass. Fine, light-bodied tears cling delicately.
