Eastern Peake Griffins Pinot Noir 2023 comes from one of Victoria’s boutique wineries, Eastern Peake, known for crafting elegant, site-expressive Pinot Noir with a focus on purity and balance. The 2023 vintage benefited from a cool, steady growing season that preserved vibrant acidity and delicate aromatics, resulting in a Pinot that is both refined and approachable.

Planted on well-draining, loamy soils with a mix of clay and sand, the Griffins vineyard encourages deep root growth and careful uptake of minerals, lending complexity and structure to the wine. Grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, gently destemmed, and fermented in small open-top fermenters with native yeasts. Aged for 10 months in a combination of seasoned French oak barrels, the wine develops subtle oak integration while maintaining its fresh fruit character.
