Jasper Hill’s Georgia’s Paddock Shiraz 2024 is one of Australia’s most distinctive single-vineyard Shiraz wines—Heathcote in full voice, yet always guided by Jasper Hill’s trademark restraint and purity. Grown on ancient Cambrian soils and made with a minimal-intervention, site-first philosophy, it delivers depth and power without losing perfume, spice, and that unmistakable ironstone-mineral core.

Appearance:
Deep crimson-black with a vivid purple rim; dense and youthful.

Aroma:
Blackberry, black plum and mulberry, layered with violets, cracked pepper and clove. Underneath: ironstone, cocoa, anise, smoked meat and a subtle earthy/charcoal note.

Taste:
Dry, full-bodied and tightly coiled. Dark berries and plum paste drive the palate, framed by firm, fine-grained tannins and energised by bright, cool-climate acidity. Savoury layers build with air—black olive, spice, dark chocolate, and an iron-rich mineral line that keeps the fruit focused and grounded.

Finish:
Long, powerful and mineral—dark fruit, pepper and cocoa taper into ironstone, dried herbs and a persistent, mouth-watering grip.
