Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling 2018 is a distinguished, bottle-aged expression from the elevated slopes of Eden Valley. Crafted by winemaker Louisa Rose from mature vineyard blocks, it combines pristine citrus fruit and mineral tension with the toast, spice and complexity that develop through extended maturation.

Brilliant pale gold with luminous straw highlights.

Aroma:

Layered aromas of preserved lemon, lime marmalade and white peach mingle with dried herbs, wet stone, beeswax and delicate notes of toast.

Taste:

Dry, precise and beautifully evolved, with concentrated citrus, green apple and subtle stone-fruit flavours. Vibrant acidity provides exceptional structure, while mineral, savoury and gently honeyed nuances add depth.
