Syrahmi Home Block Shiraz 2021 is a concentrated, site-driven Heathcote Shiraz that combines dark fruit intensity with savoury spice, earthy complexity and firm structure. Powerful yet controlled, it reflects the region’s depth and mineral character while maintaining freshness, balance and a long, composed finish.

Appearance:

Deep ruby red with purple-black highlights and a dense, youthful core.

Aroma:

Layered aromas of blackberry, black plum and dark cherry are complemented by violet, cracked black pepper and dried herbs. Subtle notes of liquorice, earth and smoky spice add complexity.

Taste:

Full-bodied and structured, with concentrated blackberry, plum and black cherry supported by fresh acidity and firm, fine-grained tannins. Savoury herbs, black pepper and a mineral-earthy character bring depth and definition.
