Appearance:

Deep ruby with purple undertones, bright and youthful in the glass.

Aroma:

Fragrant and layered, with red and dark berry fruit, rose petal, white pepper, and warm spice, followed by subtle hints of herbs and savoury cured-meat complexity.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and finely textured, showing spicy plum, dark berry, and red cherry fruit supported by notes of cracked pepper and gentle savoury lift. The palate is balanced and smooth, with soft, rounded tannins and a pure fruit core that keeps the wine fresh and expressive.
