Appearance:
Cloudy golden amber with copper hues and a naturally unfiltered appearance.

Aroma:
Expressive aromas of preserved lemon, apricot, orange peel, and ripe pear are complemented by notes of chamomile, dried herbs, ginger spice, and subtle earthy complexity.

Taste:
Medium-bodied with a richly textured palate showcasing flavours of stone fruit, mandarin, baked apple, and citrus rind. Gentle tannin from extended skin contact adds grip and structure, while lively acidity keeps the wine fresh and balanced.
