Wineology is revolutionising the dining and wine drinking scene in Brisbane and beyond. We have 96 wines available for tasting by the glass, where customers can serve themselves via state-of-the-art wine dispensers from Chianti in Italy.

Located on Adelaide Street in downtown Brisbane City, we are just a few minutes walk from Howard Smith Wharves and Riverwalk.

We serve a tapas-style men, prepared by a SMH Chef's Hat Head Chef.

We are closed Sundays and Mondays, and otherwise open from 12.00pm until late.
