The Company
At Wineology, we help our community of wine-lovers become wine experts through our accessible and comprehensive wine program. We believe wine is for everyone.

We offer 96 domestic and international wines by the glass through our self-service Enomatic wine dispensers. We also have a large selection of wines available to purchase at retail prices and takeaway, or with a small corkage charge to enjoy in-venue. We serve a tapas-style menu from midday until late.

Located on Adelaide Street in the city, we are just a few minutes walk from Howard Smith Wharves and Riverwalk. The 199 bus stops just outside.

We are closed Sundays and Mondays, and otherwise open from 12.00pm until late.

The right person will:

• Pursue excellence. Ask questions, keep notes, read all you can, explore, and learn.
• Aim high, think big and exceed expectations. Special requests for a guest are never a problem. If we can, we will.
• Believe in the essence of hospitality and always remember that we’re the hosts for everyone who enters our venue.
