The 'Avatar' blend is one of the winery’s signature wines, showcasing the best of these three Rhône varietals. The 2022 vintage highlights the bright fruit and balanced structure that comes from careful vineyard management and minimal intervention winemaking. Aged in older oak, this wine emphasizes freshness and the purity of the fruit.

Aroma: The nose is aromatic and inviting, offering a mix of red fruits like raspberry and strawberry, along with dark plum. There are hints of dried herbs, liquorice, and spice, with an underlying earthiness from the Mataro.
