Constantia Glen, a boutique winery known for its meticulous craftsmanship, produces FIVE as its flagship red blend, showcasing a harmonious integration of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot.

The 2021 vintage enjoyed a long, moderate growing season, allowing for slow ripening and the development of fine tannins and concentrated flavours. The wine was matured in French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity, depth, and structure while preserving freshness and vibrancy.

Appearance: Deep ruby with a purple-tinged rim, indicating both richness and ageing potential.

Aroma: The nose is layered and complex, revealing aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and plum, complemented by notes of cedar, graphite, and cigar box. Subtle hints of violet, cocoa, and baking spice add further depth.

Taste: Full-bodied and structured, the palate unfolds with flavours of ripe blackberries, cassis, and mulberries, interwoven with savoury elements of tobacco, pencil lead, and fresh herbs.
