Château Pierre-Bise's Cab Franc is grown in schist-heavy soil, which causes quite a bit of stress to the vines.

"Green harvesting" is the time-consuming technique of removing extra grape bunches by hand so the vine is more balanced. The result of this expensive work is a wine of aromatic depth and stony minerality.

Blended with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this delicious labour of love is incredible with red and game meats, as well as full-flavoured cheeses.
