Yarra Pinot is such an incredible variety for Rosé.

The fresh strawberry and subtle musk flavours at the early stages of ripening just work so well, particularly when the fruit is whole bunch pressed. Colour is soft pink but the latent pretty aromatics and fresh crisp palate make it so “smash-able”.
