An Australian take on this variety from Italy's Piedmont region, from one of the Clare Valley's most exciting producers.

Lifted and aromatic, with loads of blossom notes and a little spice leading to a moreish palate of cut pear and almond, with a long, savoury finish. The fruit for this wine was fermented in a mix of stainless steel tanks and some older oak.
