The Carousal Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a vibrant expression of the cool-climate vineyards of South Australia, where this varietal thrives. Carousal employs minimal intervention in their winemaking process, allowing the natural fruit character to shine through. The result is a crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc with excellent balance and a clean finish.

Appearance: Pale straw with greenish hues, reflecting its freshness and brightness.

Aroma: The nose is expressive and aromatic, with dominant notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, and lime zest, intertwined with hints of green apple, fresh-cut grass, and a touch of lemongrass. There’s also a subtle minerality, giving the wine a refined edge.
