Adam Castagna takes his Rose very seriously.

This is a Rose made from Syrah. It's barrel fermented, released with a little bottle maturity, but it maintains it's youthful freshness and liveliness, even with age.

It's a savoury, dry style of pink wine, but also one that is downright dangerously drinkable. Food friendly and super versatile.
