A generous yet understated rosé from certified organically farmed Shiraz.

The wine is very lifted aromatically, and on the palate shows subtle red fruits of cherry, raspberry and dried strawberry, with a lovely touch of savoury spice. It's quite serious and structured with a touch of phenolics and boozy generosity, but also a soft vanilla undertone that plays well with the creaminess from the malolactic fermentation.

The winemaker affectionately refers to this wine as the "Sunset Rosé". A great for a summer picnic, but even better enjoyed as the sun goes down on a chilly day.
